Justin Webb

Justin Webb is the Executive Director of Foundation for Wildlife Management (F4WM), where he leads efforts to educate the public about the impact of overabundant wolf populations, unite sportsmen, and raise funds that support wolf harvest reimbursements. Though not one of the original founders, Justin has become one of F4WM’s most dedicated voices, driven by a deep respect for wildlife and a passion for conservation through responsible management.

With more than a decade of hands-on wolf management experience—often spending over 200 days a year in the field—Justin has learned that successful wolf trapping demands patience, persistence, and grit. He’s quick to note he’s not anti-wolf; in fact, his extensive time studying these intelligent predators has only strengthened his respect for them. But as he points out, their rapid reproduction rates make management a critical and ongoing challenge.

A lifelong outdoorsman from North Idaho, Justin grew up off-grid and has worked as a carpenter, contractor, industrial foreman, and wildlife technician for Idaho Fish and Game. Today, he and his wife Naomi continue to dedicate their lives to wildlife conservation and the hunting community, spending their time outdoors in the mountains they call home or traveling to chase bucket-list fish.

His guiding belief—“United we stand, divided we fall”—drives everything he does. Justin’s work is a call to action for all sportsmen, ranchers, and conservation-minded citizens to stand together and preserve the outdoor heritage we all share.
